2. Services Offered

We provide one-on-one tutoring, small group sessions, and customized Excel/Financial Literacy training both online and in-person. Our tutoring services include support for K-12 math, GED prep, adult education, AP & college-level math, financial literacy, and more.

3. Scheduling & Payments

• Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled through direct communication with our team.
• Payments: Payments are processed prior to or at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square.
• Session Duration: Sessions can be booked in 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute increments.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions.
• No-shows or failure to attend without prior notification will incur a 100% charge for the session.
• In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, we will make reasonable accommodations, but this is at the discretion of Sorensen Solves Tutoring.

Rescheduling Policy

• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. If rescheduled less than 48 hours before the session, the above cancellation charges will apply.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. However, if you have purchased a multi-session package and wish to discontinue tutoring, we can offer a partial refund for unused sessions. Please contact us for more details.

6. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. We reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse future services if the student or their guardian exhibits disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior.

7. Liability

Sorensen Solves Tutoring will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the tutoring sessions, including but not limited to any academic performance outcomes or personal circumstances. We offer support to the best of our ability, but academic progress depends on the student’s commitment and engagement.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal data collected through bookings, communications, or payments will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our tutoring services.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate tutoring services at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. If services are terminated by Sorensen Solves Tutoring, we will refund any prepaid, unused sessions.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.
