Booking a tutoring session with Sorensen Solves Tutoring is simple and flexible! You can schedule sessions based on availability by:

Location

Sorensen Solves Tutoring offers both in-person and online tutoring sessions to provide flexible learning options.

In-Person Sessions: Available in Spokane, WA at a convenient public location or at your home (additional travel fee may apply).
Online Tutoring: Conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, allowing for interactive and effective learning from anywhere.

No matter the format, you’ll receive the same personalized support to help you succeed!

Progress Reports

At the end of each month, you will receive a detailed progress report outlining your child’s tutoring journey. This report will include:

A summary of what we worked on during the month.
An overview of what we will focus on next month to continue progress.
The number of prepaid lessons remaining, if applicable.
An invoice for any upcoming unpaid sessions for the following month.

These reports ensure clear communication and keep you informed about your child’s growth and upcoming lessons. If you ever have questions or need adjustments, I’m happy to discuss them!

Invoicing

Payments for tutoring sessions are simple and hassle-free. At the end of each month, you will receive an invoice for any upcoming unpaid sessions for the following month, along with a progress report.

All Major Credit & Debit Cards (Processed via Square)

Payments are due before or at the time of the session to ensure uninterrupted tutoring services. If you have prepaid sessions, your invoice will reflect the remaining balance. We accept payments on here as well. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding payments or invoicing!
